Each week, I offer a complete 90-minute Yin-Yang practice that weaves together Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qigong in an alchemical way, inspired by astrological events, Traditional Chinese Medicine cycles and the Vedic calendar.
You will have access to the class recording for up to three weeks afterwards, as well as access to the Yoga Hamsa online community, including Q&As, guided meditations, events and workshops.
Each session is adapted to the specific needs of the individual, combining different manual, energetic and therapeutic approaches to create a personalised, effective and respectful experience.
I also offer sound baths with Himalayan singing bowls and manjeeras, either as a standalone therapy or combined with other practices.
The monetary compensation is tailored to the type of session required, depending on whether you prefer home visits or therapy centres, and the frequency required.
Appointments are available in Girona and L’Escala, and can also combine Massage, Reiki and Sound Therapy within the same session.
