Strength & Softness
Body & Soul

Yoga Hamsa is a space for movement, stillness and conscious practice.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound, we explore different ways of moving, breathing, resting and paying attention.

Some practices are dynamic. Others are slow and quiet. Some help build strength and mobility; others invite you to release tension and simply slow down.

There is no single way to practise.

You come as you are, and the practice meets you there.

Hello,
it's Marco

I have been practising yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2019.

My own practice has moved through different styles, teachers and traditions — from Vinyasa and Hatha to Yin, QiGong, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Over the years, I have become especially interested in the relationship between movement and stillness, strength and softness, effort and rest.

I continue to study, practise and learn, and I bring that curiosity into every class.

My aim is simple: to create practices where you can feel comfortable in your body, pay attention to what is happening, and find what works for you.

Sankalpa, the power of intention

My teaching is rooted in the balance between Yin and Yang — movement and stillness, effort and rest, focus and ease.

Rather than looking for a perfect shape, we use the practice to become more aware of how we move, breathe and feel.

The intention is not to become someone else.

It is to create a little more space to inhabit where we are.

YOGA

Different practices for different bodies, days and needs.

Dynamic or slow. Strong or restorative. Moving or still.

Yoga Hamsa brings together Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang, QiGong, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and breathwork — different ways of working with the body and attention.

You don't have to choose one way of practising.

Allow yourself to explore.

THERAPIES

Wellbeing can also happen through touch, rest and stillness.

Massage, Reiki and sound sessions offer a different way to slow down, release tension and give the body some attention.

Each session is adapted to the person and the moment — sometimes more restorative, sometimes more focused on relaxation and bodywork.

A space to pause, breathe and take care of yourself.

— I guide you through the practice,
You choose how . . .

ON-LINE

Practise wherever you are, through online classes and sessions.

The inner quest is the first step towards eternity.
