I WAS BORN IN ITALY AND GREW UP NEAR LAKE COMO, SURROUNDED BY NATURE AND SIMPLICITY — THOUGH I HAVE ALWAYS FELT MYSELF A CITIZEN OF THE WORLD. FROM AN EARLY AGE, I WAS DRAWN TO ART, DANCE, LANGUAGE, AND THE MYSTERY OF THE SOUL. I STUDIED FOREIGN LITERATURE, SEEKING WITHIN IT A REFLECTION OF THE INVISIBLE.
AT THE AGE OF TWENTY, I HAD A NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE, AND A DECADE LATER, A CONSCIOUS EXPERIENCE OF EXPANSION AWAKENED BY THE RESONANCE OF A TIBETAN BOWL — A MOMENT THAT REAFFIRMED MY CONNECTION WITH THE SOUL AND SPIRIT.
THESE TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCES REVEALED MY TRUE PATH: THE ONE OF HEALING AND SERVICE. I UNDERSTOOD THAT MY PURPOSE IS TO HELP OTHERS RECONNECT WITH THEIR SOULS, LIBERATE THEMSELVES, AND FLY — TO LIVE FULLY AND IN COHERENCE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE DEDICATED MY LIFE TO THE STUDY, PRACTICE, AND TRANSMISSION OF YOGA, MEDITATION, SPIRITUAL PHILOSOPHIES, AND THE EXPLORATION OF ENERGY AND THE INNER WORLD.
1. Swan, symbol of purity, discernment and spiritual elevation.
2. It represents the ability to separate the essential from the superficial and raise consciousness above the material.
3. In the Vedic tradition, the swan is the vehicle of the spirit and a guide to enlightenment.
4. In Gnostic and esoteric cultures, it represents the travelling soul and wisdom that transcends the mundane.
5. In European and American mythology, the swan was a messenger of the gods, a symbol of transformation and purity.
The swan glides gracefully and majestically across the water — a living symbol of purity, discernment, and spiritual ascent. It moves through the mud yet remains untouched, just as the lotus unfolds its petals in the darkest waters. Messenger of the soul, the swan reminds us to discern the essential from the ephemeral, to rise in awareness, and to soar in harmony between heaven and earth.
EVERY PHILOSOPHY THAT I INTEGRATE INTO THE PRACTICE — AND ESPECIALLY INTO EVERYDAY LIFE — REVEALS A DIFFERENT DOOR TO BEING.
BUDDHISM TEACHES DETACHMENT FROM THE EGO, THE SILENCE OF THOUGHT, AND THE UNDERSTANDING THAT NOTHING BELONGS TO US, FOR EVERYTHING IS ONE.
TAOISM INVITES US TO FLOW WITH THE CYCLES OF NATURE, TO RETURN TO SIMPLICITY, AND TO LIVE IN HARMONY WITH THE CONSTANT CHANGE THAT IS LIFE — CULTIVATING BALANCE, HEALTH, AND LONGEVITY.
SUFISM AND GNOSTICISM OPEN THE HEART TO DEVOTION: LOVE AS THE ESSENCE OF ALL EXISTENCE, POETRY AS THE LANGUAGE OF THE SOUL, AND UNION AS A RETURN TO THE ORIGIN.
TOGETHER, THESE PATHS INTERTWINE INTO A SINGLE PRACTICE — REMEMBERING THAT WE ARE ENERGY MANIFESTED IN HUMAN FORM, AND HUMAN FORM MANIFESTING ENERGY.
BUDDHISM, ZEN & MINDFULNESS
Inspired by the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the Sutras of Patanjali, the serenity of Dōgen, and the clarity of Thich Nhat Hanh, my practice weaves together yoga, meditation, pranayama, and sound as a return to the present moment. The practice becomes an act of true union and self-knowledge — not an escape from the world, but a way of inhabiting it with awareness, truth, and compassion.
TAOISM & TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
The teachings of Lao Tzu and Zhuangzi, together with the principles of the Huangdi Neijing, integrate the ancient wisdom of the elements, meridians, and vital energy into Yin Yoga and Qigong. Each practice honours the flow of Qi, the universal dance of Yin and Yang, and the alchemy within — cultivating harmony between the body, energy, and the cycles of nature. Posture becomes medicine, the body an instrument, and movement, a union with the Whole.
SUFISM, BHAKTI & GNOSTICISM
Inspired by the devotion of masters such as Rumi, Khalil Gibran, Yogananda, Anandamayi Ma, and the Gnostics of Alexandria, this path contemplates Love as the substance of the universe and the truth of Being. Through Tarot, numerology, astrology, poetic language, and inner listening, the soul remembers its origin — the divine spark that abides in all things. With each reading or yoga and meditation practice, the mystery of the soul is revealed within the heart.
I THREAD INTO THE PRACTICE THE FUNCTIONAL TEACHINGS OF THESE PHILOSOPHIES, APPLYING THEM TO MODERN LIFE WITHOUT ENTERING INTO DOCTRINAL STUDY.
MY PURPOSE IS TO GUIDE PEOPLE TO FULLY INHABIT THEIR BODIES, RELEASE BLOCKAGES, AND RECONNECT WITH THEIR ESSENCE — TO LIVE A LIFE OF WHOLENESS AND COHERENCE.
RELIGIONS AROSE FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF A FEW, BUT WERE SOON TRANSFORMED INTO SYSTEMS OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL CONTROL — IMPOSING PATRIARCHAL AUTHORITY AND COLONIALISM, CREATING MORE EGO, DIVISION, AND SEPARATION FROM THE DIVINE.
THE GREAT MASTERS — BUDDHA, CHRIST, KRISHNA, LAO TZU — NEVER ASKED FOR TEMPLES OR INTERMEDIARIES. THEY TAUGHT THAT THE DIVINE DWELLS WITHIN EVERY HUMAN BEING, AND THAT THE ONLY WAY TO EXPERIENCE IT IS THROUGH YOURSELF.
THE PHILOSOPHIES OF AWARENESS — BUDDHISM, TAOISM, SUFISM, GNOSTICISM — DO NOT SEEK FOLLOWERS OR TRANSACTIONS; THEY SEEK TO LIBERATE HUMAN BEINGS FROM THE OBLIVION OF THEIR TRUE ESSENCE.
They are inner pathways that lead to Love, awareness, and unity with life.
TODAY, MORE THAN EVER, THE WORLD NEEDS TO REMEMBER ONE ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLE: SPIRITUALITY IS NOT A DOGMA. IT IS NOT ABOUT ESCAPING THE WORLD, BUT TRANSFORMING IT FROM WITHIN.
IT IS NOT ABOUT LIVING IN A FALSE “LOVE & LIGHT” WORLD, BUT ABOUT EMBRACING THE SHADOW, HEALING, AND ACTING WITH PRESENCE, COMPASSION, AND COHERENCE.
TRUE SPIRITUALITY IS NOT CONFINED TO CHURCHES OR OTHER DIMENSIONS — IT LIVES IN ALL THINGS, IN YOURSELF, IN THE ACTIONS YOU CHOOSE TO BRING INTO THE WORLD, AND IN WHAT YOU WILL ULTIMATELY LEAVE BEHIND FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
